Indications for ¹⁸F-fluorocholine PET/CT
Localization of hyperfunctioning parathyroid tissue in patients with primary hyperparathyroidism:
When first-line imaging (ultrasound and/or sestamibi) is negative, equivocal, or discordant.
To guide minimally invasive surgery.
